Empyrean is a word that literally means “into the fire”. It is a word that to the Ancient Greeks denoted the highest point in heaven. To us it means the realization and accomplishment of dreams. Achieving business goals is a daunting task for entrepreneurs, business owners and executives that is overwhelming and seemingly unachievable at times, but we know the way.

Having not only seen what it takes to succeed but also having accomplished it ourselves, our objective is to lead our clients through the transformations necessary to reach their dreams. It is not an easy road, but our clients take comfort knowing they are travelling with people who have done it before. We work side by side with executives, entrepreneurs and their teams to build platforms for success.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Empyrean Advisors is a global team of consultants that provides board advisory services, fractional CFO services, and executive leadership to growing businesses both in the United States and around the globe through Western Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions.

Our founding team originally began Empyrean Advisors after having exiting their own nationwide senior housing business in order to help new entrepreneurs develop successful growth and scaling strategies. They found an immediate fit working with capital partners in San Francisco who were having challenges with their own portfolio of businesses through the US and Western Europe. From their early successes turning around these organizations, Empyrean Advisors expanded its reach as trusted advisors to founders, executives, and capital partners across the globe.

While healthcare services remain a critical focus for Empyrean Advisors, their team of experts has worked with growth stage businesses in SaaS, advanced engineering, defense contracting, physician services, senior housing, manufacturing, general contracting, telecoms, and other services-based organizations.

Empyrean Advisors’ goal is quite simple, help executive teams receive deeper insights into their business finances and operations, and then use those insights to drive the business forward.
